This notice explains how Seleglu handles information when you visit this website, submit a product or manufacturing inquiry, or correspond with us.
Who is responsible
Huzhou Seleglu Biological Technology Co., Ltd. operates this website and is responsible for handling your business inquiries. Our company is based in Huzhou, Zhejiang, China.
Information we receive
The inquiry form collects your chosen starting path, an applicable Seleglu product, a brief non-confidential project description, company or organization name, contact name, business email and privacy confirmation. We also receive information you provide in subsequent correspondence.
The form includes source context such as the referring page within this website, landing page, campaign parameters and the inquiry link or product selection that brought you to the form. This helps us understand and respond to your inquiry.
Please provide only information needed for your inquiry. Do not submit confidential formulas, trade secrets, sensitive personal information or information about children.
How we use information
We use information to receive and review inquiries, assess product or manufacturing suitability, request clarification, respond and maintain relevant business correspondence. Technical information supports delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or guarantee a quotation, sample, project acceptance or production. It does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
Website hosting and browser storage
Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers this website. Hosting and form services may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser information, request times and referring addresses, to deliver and protect their services.
Our inquiry flow uses browser session storage for source context and submission handling. This is separate from website analytics. Browser settings and session restoration can affect how long session information remains available.
Form delivery, email and access
Formspree receives form submissions and stores a delivery copy. Email notifications are sent to a Google Groups distribution group, which distributes them to Google Workspace and WeCom business mailboxes used for inquiry handling. The group also retains conversation history accessible to group members.
The project supervisor reviews incoming inquiries. Valid inquiries are manually entered into a Seleglu WeCom online table for follow-up, using an operating summary and a reference to the relevant correspondence. The website does not automatically send submissions to this table.
Mailboxes hold correspondence; the online table holds the follow-up record. Our retention and deletion process covers the copies we control in Formspree, Google Groups, the business mailboxes and the online table. Deleting one copy does not delete the others.
Website analytics
For the production website, we have selected Plausible for aggregate statistics about visits and interactions with products, news and inquiry forms. Analytics are excluded from Preview versions.
Our event configuration excludes contact details and free-text inquiry contents. It uses public page paths and approved product or content identifiers, and does not identify a visitor across AllVegHub sites. Source information submitted with an inquiry is handled separately from analytics.
Plausible describes its service as cookie-free and does not track visitors across websites. This does not mean that the inquiry flow uses no browser storage or that hosting and delivery services process no technical information.
How long we keep information
The following rules apply to inquiry records and their copies in the services, mailboxes and online table described above.
- Formspree delivery copiesOnly long enough to verify delivery and resolve submission issues, normally no more than 30 days.
- Ordinary unconverted inquiries12 months after the last substantive business interaction, followed by deletion or irreversible anonymization.
- Test, spam or clearly invalid submissionsNo more than 30 days; they may be deleted sooner.
- Completed quotation, sample and project follow-up recordsNormally 36 months after the last substantive business interaction or the end of the relevant business activity, whichever is later, followed by deletion or irreversible anonymization.
- Contracts, orders, tax and accounting records, fulfilment, complaints and disputesRetained according to applicable business and legal requirements. These records are not all subject to the same 36-month limit.
A substantive business interaction concerns requirements, quotations, samples, fulfilment or another meaningful business exchange. Internal forwarding, opening an email or an automated reply does not restart the retention period. Entering a record in the online table does not restart it either.
These are our record-management rules, not a claim that every service automatically deletes records on the same schedule. Any necessary retention exception is reviewed for its purpose, scope and next review date.
Processing in different countries
Our company operates in China and uses the service providers described above. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Formspree describes processing in the United States and other countries where it operates. Provider locations and handling depend on the relevant service and applicable terms.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit the form. Without required contact or project information, we may be unable to respond or assess your inquiry.
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with your inquiry. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, request portability, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a competent data protection authority.
Please identify the email address used for the inquiry and, if possible, its approximate date. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. We will consider relevant records and copies, explain any applicable retention exception and respond within the time required by applicable law.
